Be prepared! The box that this chair will ship in is huge & heavy. Make sure to have a large area to work set aside during setup. However, assembly is straightforward with all hardware clearly labeled & a nice assembly tool included. I didn't use the included casters but opted for rollerblade-style wheels that I had on my previous chair. These snapped right into place on the base of the new chair. If you've never used these type of wheels, consider upgrading from the plastic style casters that seem ship with EVERY office chair. A night & day experience.I didn't order this chair for the intended big & tall properties, but for the extra seat padding that tends to be left off of "normal" sized office chairs. Honestly, if you have a basic office chair & upgrade to this one, you will feel like you're sitting on a thrown. Or at least a Lazy Boy!It's super roomy & really comfortable. I mean REALLY comfortable! And the price is adorable. In contrast, my wife purchased a Shaq branded big & tall chair (she's not big or tall) from Office Depot about 5 years ago. She was looking for the extra back support & extra cushion. It's a super nice chair, but It was the floor model & we still paid over $400.00 for it! My only complaint is the tilt depth. It stops around 15 degrees. So it doesn't really go back that far. However, not a deal breaker. I've attached a pic of my old chair next to this oversized chair to show the difference in size.
