Coupons & Promotions
You can subscribe on our website to get the new subscription coupon, then apply it on the right side of the checkout page in the coupon section. You can only use one discount code per order.If the products you have selected are subject to automatic discounts during the promotion period, other discounts cannot be combined. + Why can't I use my coupon?
If you find that the coupon cannot be used on the checkout page, it may be due to the following reasons:
- Expired coupon code: The coupon code has exceeded its usage period or limit
- Non-stackable: Your order has already applied another coupon code
- Special products: Some products may not support discounts
- Input error: Please check if the coupon code you entered is correct
If you still cannot successfully apply the discount, please contact us and provide a screenshot of the corresponding error message for further assistance.
+ Why does the price change at checkout?
After you enter your shipping address at checkout, we will calculate and add the applicable sales tax based on your location, so the order price may change at that time.Tax rates vary by region, so the product price displayed before you enter your address may be lower than the total amount you ultimately pay.
+ When will I be charged?
You are charged at the time you confirm and complete your payment at checkout.Our orders are prepaid. You will be charged when you complete the order on the checkout page. Currently, some payment methods such as Net Term(Pay by invoice) are not supported.
+ Why did my payment fail?
If your payment was not successful, it may be due to the following reasons:
- Insufficient funds or credit limit
- Incorrect card number, expiry date, CVC, or billing details
- Bank security checks or restrictions on international/online payments
- Temporary connection or system issues
Please try:
- Checking your card details and funds/credit
- Using a different card or payment method
- Contacting your bank to confirm the payment is allowed

+ What should I do if I still haven't received my refund?
If you have not received your refund after it was approved, please first confirm that we have already processed your refund (check our refund notification email), and that the normal processing time for your bank has passed. Then:
- Check your bank/card statement or PayPal/online wallet history
- Contact your bank or payment provider with our refund confirmation, and ask about the status of the refund
