When will my Lumidesk order ship?
Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 1400*710mm LumiDesk: Shipping in July 2025
- 1200*710mm LumiDesk & modular add-ons: Shipping in November 2025

When will my accessories add-ons order ship?
- Desk Mat: A free welcome gift for you, we’ll ship it together with your desk order.
- Foot mat: A limited batch of 250 units ships in July 2025; later orders will ship in November
- Modular add-ons: Shipping in November 2025
What if something stops working?
- Frame & Structure : 5 Year Limited Warranty, covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Motor & Electronics : 1 Year Limited Warranty, covers issues with lifting system and control components.
NOT COVERED wear from daily use, scratches, stains, discoloration, misuse, or modifications.
If your issue falls under warranty, contact us with Warranty card and proof of purchase. We’re here to assist you.
