We recommend measuring both the intended placement area and the delivery path before ordering. Its 23.4-inch arm height pairs naturally with a side table approximately 22–23.5 inches / 56–60 cm high. For a coffee table, approximately 16.5–18.5 inches / 42–47 cm high will sit level with or slightly below the 18.5-inch seat.
How supportive is the chair, and how much weight can it hold?
The FSC-certified rubberwood frame, reinforced seat structure, and high-resilience cushioning are designed for everyday use. The chair supports up to 250 lbs / 113 kg and requires approximately 15 minutes of assembly. For best long-term performance, sit centrally on the seat and avoid standing on the chair or placing concentrated weight on the arms.
Is the upholstery suitable for homes with pets?
The 100% polyester upholstery is tested to more than 35,000 Martindale cycles and is suitable for busy, pet-friendly homes. However, pet-friendly does not mean claw-proof, and direct scratching may still damage the fabric. Regular vacuuming with a soft upholstery attachment and keeping pets' claws trimmed will help maintain its appearance.
